András Schiff Complete Decca Recordings (78CD-BOX)

Celebrating his 70th birthday on 21 December 2023, András Schiff has recorded 78 albums for Decca during his successful career and thus helped shape the history of this glorious label. The limited “András Schiff: Complete Decca Recordings” now presents all of these albums in one edition for the first time, of which many are crowned with international awards.

This edition presents his works in four sections – solo, concertante music, songs and chamber music, with highlights including several previously unavailable recordings, the first international release of Beethoven's complete violin sonatas with Sándor Végh, four CDs of material recorded on Mozart's fortepiano, and an interview with Misha Donat in the booklet.

All CDs come with original jackets and the extensive booklet includes an interview with Sir András Schiff, who talks about his long journey with the Decca label.
